Sare Sagaa (“we” and “us”) are the operator of (https://saresagaa.com/)(“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
For all orders within India, free shipping is available when the order value is greater than or equal to INR 999. For orders in India below INR 999, an additional charge may be applicable. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
If your item has an option of Cash-On-Delivery (COD), it will attract an additional cash handling fee.
Returns & Replacement
Sare Sagaa primary goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience to our users and customers. Sare Sagaa offers a replacement guarantee if the product received is damaged or defective. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 48 hours of order being marked as delivered, if you would like to have it replaced and we will be happy to help.
Product color or printing color might vary slightly based on your screen brightness and resolution. In case of reasonable color variation Sare Sagaa will NOT provide any return or replacement option. Sare Sagaa reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund (only for Prepaid orders) or replacement.
Returns or exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered by mistake. In case of any disputes, Sare Sagaa can require the customer to ship the item back and after internal inspection of the returned item Sare Sagaa will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund. Sare Sagaa reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund or replacement.
Custom products will not be eligible for any kind of refund or replacement unless the product received has any manufacturing defects. The print quality of custom products will completely depend on the resolution of the image used while customizing the product. Sare Sagaa cannot guarantee high definition print for custom products.
COD orders are NOT eligible for refund. If there any manufacturing errors as accepted by Sare Sagaa, then Sare Sagaa will offer a free replacement of the product.
Finally, if no issues are reported within 48 hours of order being marked as delivered, Sare Sagaa will consider the order is fulfilled successfully.
4.1 Dispatch Time
All orders are usually dispatched within 7 days. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.2 Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
4.3 Transit Time
Domestically In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4-7 days. However, due to the various situations (Ex: lockdowns, cyclone, rain etc…) in different cities, these transit times may vary.

Internationally Currently our delivery operations only cover India as a region. We do NOT ship internationally.
4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded or Lost in transit
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us via [email protected] and after investigating the situation, Myvesh reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund or replacement.
4.6 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please get in touch with us via [email protected]
4.7 P.O. box shipping
Sare Sagaa clothing will not ship to P.O. box addresses if our couriers service partners do not support these locations.
4.8 Items Out Of Stock

4.9 Cash on Delivery Orders
Our Customer Support team will get in touch with you through an SMS or Automate Call to reconfirm the COD orders. We request you to accommodate them and confirm your order. In case you would like to cancel your order at that time, please let customer support know and they will process the same for you. For all COD orders, the courier company will collect the payment at the time of delivery before they hand over the package. COD orders are not eligible for refund. Replacement policy as stated above will still be applicable on all COD orders.
4.10 Package Damaged
In Transit If you find your package is damaged in-transit, please report this immediately to Sare Sagaa via [email protected] and after investigating the situation, Sare Sagaa reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund or replacement.
4.11 Return to Origin
If for some reason the package was undelivered and if a return to origin was initiated by our shipping partner, Sare Sagaa will be able to re-ship the order only after receiving the original package and will update the shipping address if requested by the customer. In these situations, Sare Sagaa reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund or not.
Duties & Taxes
In general, all the prices displayed on the website are inclusive of any applicable taxes. If a product attracts additional duty, taxes or fees, these additional costs will be displayed during the checkout and added to the final order value.
Sare Sagaa offers no questions asked cancellation, if requested within 4 hours of placing the order. Sare Sagaa doesn’t offer cancellation if an order has already been processed or dispatched.
If you are unsatisfied with the product that you have received or need a size change, you can request a return for it from your Orders Page.
Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and we will issue credits in your Sare Sagaa Wallet for the value of the products returned. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable). You can then use these credits to place a new order. Items will have to be unused and in the same condition as before and returned within 15 days of delivery.
Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.
Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. This Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.
What if my pincode is not supported for Reverse Pickups?
We request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit your Sare Sagaa Wallet with credits worth Rs.100 in lieu of the shipping costs.
